Define the Role of Frontier CQ
Objective: Define the Role of Frontier CQ, including the development of a draft strategy to be tested and refined with input from CHDC and stakeholders.
Key activities:
Consolidate findings developed across both desktop research and stakeholder engagement activities to produce a draft Frontier CQ strategy.
Generate insights from the initial indicator mapping exercise and desktop review to align and establish clear linkages between the Frontier CQ strategy and existing initiatives and industry-focused strategies.
Ensure synchronisation with regional and state plans like the Draft Queensland AgTech Roadmap, Queensland Energy and Jobs Plan, and Central Highlands Economic Master Plan to ensure Frontier CQ's roadmap resonates with larger strategic objectives.
