Define Roles for Key Stakeholders

Objective: Identify opportunities for stakeholder involvement and potential partnerships and support required to enable Frontier CQ to succeed in driving innovation in Central Highlands.
Key activities:
  • Share the draft roadmap with key stakeholders and collaborators for feedback and incorporate relevant suggestions and modifications based on the input received
  • Organise workshops, focus groups, and detailed consultations to solicit feedback on draft components. Ensure engagements are collaborative and encourage participation among a variety of regional actors.
  • Work with selected stakeholders to identify key human capital and skills requirements and regional gaps to execute the Frontier CQ strategy.
Key Outputs:
  • Establish distinct roles, duties, and schedules between CHDC and stakeholders for carrying out the outlined initiatives, highlighting where linkages have been made to broader regional and state objectives.
