Identify Growth Barriers and Opportunities
Objective: Identify key barriers and enablers to innovation and economic growth through stakeholder engagement to refine draft roadmap vision and goals resultant from initial engagement and desktop research.
Key activities:
Work with CHDC and key stakeholders to refine draft economic growth factors and innovation framework to identify barriers and roadblocks to growth in the region.
Undertake an initiative mapping exercise to gather overarching regional and state initiatives, guaranteeing future linkage to roadmap initiatives and sustainability.
Facilitate dialogue to recognise strategic connections and foster potential collaborations with existing initiatives, industries, and local businesses identified through initial local objective and initiative mapping.
