Develop the Action Plan

Objective: Identify the key resource requirements of the Frontier CQ concept and the requirements for a physical precinct in fulfilling the defined role of Frontier CQ. 
Key activities:

• Undertake analysis on the requirements of a physical site to support the objectives of Fronteir CQ, including the assessment of alternative options for the physical site (general best use lens) and analysis of virtual place-making activities could support the Frontier CQ innovation agenda. 

Key Outputs:

• Analyse and communicate the hub's value proposition, considering its strategic location and connectivity to key institutions and industries.
